With only six weeks to go until National Mentoring Day we thought we'd share the best ways you can get involved in the celebrations. By taking part you'll help recognise the impact of mentoring and the great work that mentors are doing throughout the UK.
Events will take place simultaneously throughout the UK on or around 27th October and we are encouraging everyone to create their own mentoring event, activities, coffee morning, webinar, Q&A, talk, networking event or workshop to join in the celebrations.
We are inviting everyone to join us in celebrating mentoring this October 27th. Do you have a mentoring initiative or project? Let us know by using the official hashtag #nationalmentoringday and we will promote it on our social media channels. We have already started to receive many press enquiries looking for mentoring stories and case studies so please join us in social media in sharing your success stories.

- Use the National Day to highlight your own internal or external mentoring initiatives to encourage more people to actively take up mentoring
- Thank your mentors and recognise those who’ve made a difference
- Use our Social Media graphics, posters & banners to inspire, promote and encourage mentoring
- Share your mentoring success stories, tips, best practise and case studies to showcase the benefits of mentoring
- Download the ‘'Get Involved Guide' to create your own event for National Mentoring Day
- Upload your own National Mentoring Day event on our free ‘Event Listing Directory’ on the website
Get involved via our social media links and share details with your mentors and wider community so we can really get the buzz going for National Mentoring Day.

National Mentoring Day attracts widespread national and regional press. If your organisation has mentors or a mentoring initiative in place then this is a great opportunity to publicise what you do.
