These terms apply when you become a member of National Mentoring Day. Together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, they form the agreement between you and National Mentoring Day Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09805316), of 11 Parkwood Close, Tunbridge Wells, South East England, TN2 3SX, United Kingdom. Please read them before you join.

The benefits of each level are described on our Membership page at the time you join. We may improve or change individual benefits during your membership - if we make a change that significantly reduces what you receive, we will tell you and you may cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of your membership.
Membership does not renew automatically. Before your membership ends we will send you a renewal invoice. If you would like to continue, simply pay it; if not, your membership will end on its expiry date. If our fees change, the new fee will be shown on your renewal invoice before you decide whether to renew.
If you join as an individual (a consumer), you can cancel within 14 days of joining for any reason and receive a full refund. If you have already used member benefits during those 14 days - for example attended a training session - we may deduct a fair amount for what you have used.
After the first 14 days you can still end your membership at any time, but we do not normally refund the remaining part of the year. Your benefits continue until your membership expires.

We may suspend or end a membership if a member seriously breaks these terms or our Terms of Use - for example by behaving abusively towards others, misusing member resources, or acting in a way that could put people at risk or seriously damage the reputation of National Mentoring Day. We will normally explain why and give you a chance to respond first. If we end a membership because of a serious breach, we will not refund the fee.
Member resources, training materials and recordings are for your own use (or your organisation's internal use) and must not be shared publicly, sold or passed to non-members without our permission.
We will provide member services with reasonable care and skill. Training, resources and expert sessions are general guidance and not professional advice for your particular situation. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our responsibility for anything the law does not allow us to limit.
We may update these terms - the version in place when you join or renew applies to that membership year. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in the courts there.
